We believe it was purchased around 2013. The only model and p/n info we can find are from the linkbox model 200-30250, SN: TSBD08010310 FYI: the carotid pulse no longer works; after continuous usage with the microphone and headset it freaks out and makes feedback sound; you have to shut it all the way down to get it to stop.
