Metra will retain the parcel colored in yellow and will auction off the two parcels in red. The two parcels to be auction, in red, have the following PINs: 23-05-201-042-0000 and 23-05-201-108-0000. The red parcels have a combined size of 16,844 SF/0.387 acres. PIN 23-05-201-042-0000 will be subject to a 30’ wide roadway easement across the northwestern edge of the property, which will allow vehicular access to Metra’s retained parcel. The roadway will need to be maintained by the municipal government. The property will be sold as is via quit claim. All cost for this transaction to be borne by the buyer.
