The Seller makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to condition, make, model, year, mileage, functionality, or fitness for any particular purpose. Items may have dents, dings, scratches, cosmetic damage, mechanical issues, missing parts, or unknown defects. Mileage may change prior to pickup. Buyer is solely responsible for inspecting the item prior to bidding. Failure to inspect an item does not relieve the Buyer of responsibility and does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or dispute. By placing a bid, Buyer acknowledges and accepts the item in its present condition regardless of any statements, answers to questions, emails, phone conversations, or representations made before or after the sale. Photos and descriptions are provided as a courtesy only and are not guaranteed to fully represent the condition of the item. Items not explicitly listed in the description or shown in photos are not included in the sale. Seller will not disclose reserve prices. Winning bidders are required to pay in full. Failure to submit payment in accordance with auction terms may result in forfeiture of the item and additional fees, at the Seller’s discretion. Pickup & Removal Pickups are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, by appointment only. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to schedule pickup. Once the item has been paid in full and the Seller is notified through GovDeals that payment has been received, an email will be sent to the Buyer at the email address on file with GovDeals. At that time, the Buyer will be connected with Seller staff to coordinate pickup. Buyer must contact the Seller using the information provided in that email to schedule pickup. Buyer is solely responsible for loading, transportation, towing, and all required equipment. No assistance will be provided by the Seller. Failure to remove the item within the designated pickup window may result in storage fees, forfeiture of the item, or resale, at the Seller’s discretion, with no refund issued. By bidding, Buyer acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
