2004 Van Hool Tourist Coach – 56 Passenger Bus VIN: YE2TC12B142044615 Year: 2004 Make: Van Hool Model: Tourist Coach Mileage: 998K-999K Condition: Fair Description: Up for auction is a 2004 Van Hool Tourist Coach, a reliable 56-passenger bus suitable for tours, shuttle services, or conversion projects. This bus is in fair condition and is being sold as-is, with some wear and cosmetic issues. The bus was replaced and taken out of service in May 2024. I drove the coach fifteen miles from storage to campus on 4/30/2026, which is the first time we have driven it since May 2024, engine started right away and transmission shifted as it should. Engine was replaced in 2014 with 763,000 miles, new engine has approximately 235,000 miles on it. Steer tires have approximately 7,500 miles on them, drive and tag tires are approximately 1/2 tread. Color: White Passenger Capacity: 56 Restroom: Included, not sure if the everything works, we used it as a cleaning supply closet. Known Issues: Digital readout on odometer stopped working about two years ago, last time it worked it showed a little over 998,000 miles Right rear tail-light assembly has damage and should to be replaced Piece of molding missing at rear, right side Radio powers on but no music plays, movies play through a DVD player This coach has plenty of life left for commercial transport, group travel, or refurbishment projects.
