BMU policy for purchased items: BMU will release items after payment is received from Public Surplus and confirmed by our Accounting Department. This process usually takes 7-10 business days after Public Surplus is paid by buyer. SOLD AS-IS. This item is used and may contain defects that are not immediately detectable.
