Engine starts easily and idles smoothly. Transmission engages and machine moves in forward and reverse. Hydraulic functions were operational during inspection. Glass appears to be intact. Normal scratches, dents, fading, and cosmetic wear consistent with age and government use. Tires have usable tread remaining (see photos). Decals and county markings remain on the machine.
