It's the responsibility of the purchaser to make arrangements for loading and pick up of the items. SERIOUS BIDDERS FOR WORKING METERS - RESERVE SET AT $25,000.00 These meters come with drive by antenna – which plugs into a USB port on a laptop (laptop not provided). ALL METERS WERE WORKING WHEN REMOVED FROM SERVICE.
