We have 35 Stackable Classroom Chairs. Items are used and in fair/good condition. Some signs of wear throughout. Some have arm rests, some do not. This is a time sensitive auction and requires payment due at auction closure and picked up July 28th, 2026 - July 31st, 2026. Items are located on the lower floor, with a elevator, and parking is limited. However, if properly prepared, equipped and with additional personnel, pickup shouldn't take too long. Bring a chair dolly. Fair/moderate amount of walking distance. Arrive at main location and you'll be escorted to items location. This is a time sensitive auction. Bid only if you can meet these terms/conditions. Payment is due immediately at auction closing. Items need to be removed July28th, 2026 - July 31st, 2026 at 8:00AM - 4:00PM MT at UNM’s Dane Smith Hall. There are numerous items, please bring a crew, moving equipment, and transportation. NO LOADING ASSISTANCE will be provided. All items for sale are used, “as is”, “where is” and may still contain defects/faults not immediately detectable. A PHYSICAL INSPECTION IS STRONGLY ADVISED TO DETERMINE ACTUAL CONDITION. ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO SHIPPING, NO HANDLING, & NO LOADING ASSISTANCE will be provided by UNM. ALL BIDS OFFERED AS IF INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITION HAVE TAKEN PLACE, WHETHER OR NOT A PHYSICAL INSPECTION HAS BEEN PERFORMED. PICKUP AND REMOVAL: At the buyer's own expense, the buyer is ENTIRELY responsible for organizing, dismantling, loading all items or disposing of items not suiting their needs. Bring the following: 1. Winning Certificate 2. Paid Receipt (if paying by wire, please confirm payment has been received by UNM before arrival) 3. Personal identification (such as a driver’s license) 4. At buyers’ own expense, bring proper transportation, personnel, tools, moving equipment, own crane/forklift and supplies. Items can be given to a 3rd party. The winning bidder needs to provide documentation. In detail, authorize a 3rd party to pick up item(s) “as is”, “where is” on your behalf (let us know their full name and provide them the documentation mentioned above).
