It being the same property conveyed to Alice Hollie Anderson from Rachel Griffin Allen by deed dated October 21, 1954 and duly recorded in the Clerk’s Office aforesaid in Deed Book 1180 at page 475. Per the Real Estate Affidavit recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office at Instrument No. 120000277, Alice Hollie Anderson, widow, died on January 2, 1997 survived by thirteen children: Percy Anderson, Jr., Willie Anderson, Charlie Anderson, Joe L.
