This is a listing for a ACS Plasma Cut Station. The Advance Cutting Systems SMT35 is a CNC plasma cutting station manufactured by Advance Cutting Systems (ACS) Unitized Design: Features a single-piece, all-welded frame and a stress-reduced structural steel table capable of supporting full sheets of heavy plate (up to 1/2" capacity). Unit has a custom X and Y axis frame to allow for multiple angles of cutting. The SMT35 has a air filtration system to help move air away from the system. AC Voltage Requirements: 220 VAC Single Phase and 240 VAC 3 Phase Serial Number: 472751 Item has been tested and has the following issue: X axis Wheel does not turn or gears are binding. Tests performed: Unit passed general inspection procedure: Unit has been inspected for wear and shows no signs of damage that would affect operation. The unit successfully powers on and initializes without errors. The display is clear and complete All buttons/knobs are functional and respond to user input. Frame Arm raises and lowers but the X axis is stuck. Exhaust fans where powered on and are fully functional. Cosmetic Condition: Item is in good used condition. Item has the following cosmetic issues: Minor scuffs and blemishes consistent with prior industrial usage.
