Used item as listed below and as pictured. One (1) bookcase with multiple shelves. Fair condition. Item has scratches and scuffs resulting from normal wear and tear. Color: wood Note: only the large bookcase with the red arrows around it is included. Other items in the photo are not included. Property is offered for sale AS IS. Oldsmar, FL makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the assets are removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made in advance. Pick-up of items will not be allowed without an appointment. Appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The City will NOT be providing assistance loading or moving the items. Buyer MUST have a way to load and then transport the items. Again, an appointment is absolutely required to pick up the items.
