Overview This lot contains a Case 580 C backhoe. The backhoe has been sitting outside for an extended period and is in unknown operational condition. Specifications Make: Case Model: 580 C Serial Number: 8991102 Key Features Four-wheel drive construction equipment with front loader and rear excavator attachments. Equipped with operator cab and standard construction equipment controls. Features hydraulic systems for both loader and backhoe operations. Condition & Markings Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The equipment has been stored outside for an extended period, resulting in weather exposure. Visible rust and corrosion on metal surfaces throughout the equipment. Tires show signs of weathering and age-related deterioration. Operational status is unknown and requires inspection to determine functionality. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
