The following commercial kitchen equipment is available as one complete lot. All equipment was previously used in a pizza shop. Lot Includes: (1) Double-stack Blodgett gas convection oven (1) Garland 6-burner gas range with standard oven (1) Gas flat-top griddle with oven base (1) Gas deep fryer with dual baskets (1) Countertop gas charbroiler (1) Countertop gas stock pot/range burner Condition: All equipment is used. Equipment was operational the last time it was in service; however, current operating condition is unknown. Equipment has not been tested by Oberlin College. Normal wear, grease, scratches, discoloration, and cosmetic imperfections consistent with commercial kitchen use should be expected. Buyer is encouraged to inspect the equipment prior to bidding.
