Containerized Batch Laundry (CBL) system Includes 4 Stackable Washer/Dryer Units and Hot Water Heater. All electric, each unit is set up with its own breaker. Completely wired and ready to go. It has about 30 of LSO heavy duty cord that you can wire in direct or put a generator plug on it. It was purchased from the government with the intent to repurposed, but we never got that done. Not needed any more. We never put the unit to work, it is in the same shape we got it 3 years ago. looks new or slightly used. 2 units on one side and 2 units on the back side. each side has a pull-down shade, not sure what that is used for, but it is in good shape. 65-gallon Lochinvar Hot water Storage heater 240 volt Has fork pockets and lifting shackles at the top. Weight is approx. 2200lbs (not exact). We used a 5000lb forklift to load and unload. Measurements: Width-104" depth: 92" height: 84" ****Pickup appointment MUST be made 48 Hours in advance.
