These are new light fixtures Recommended to inspect the equipment prior to placing a Bid. Inspections are by Appointment, call (216) 420-8109 to schedule an inspection appointment or for additional information. ALL Assets are offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS ". The City of Cleveland (seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Loading assistance is available onto your transport vehicle, packing and securing is the Buyers responsibility NOTICE: Payment in full is due no later than 5 business days from the time and date of the closing of the auction. Payment is Due August 10, 2026 NO EXCEPTIONS - Any Item not paid for may be declared abandoned.
