Purchaser must sign a Medical Device Statement of Intent and a Medical Hold Harmless Form located in the Additional Documents section and email to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov. The item will not be awarded to the bidder until the attached paperwork is completed and returned to the sales contracting officer. Overview This lot contains (6) Planmeca ProSensor HD dental sensors and (6) Planmeca oral x-ray wall mounted units. The equipment is classified in used condition. Quantities are estimated. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Equipment shows typical signs of previous use in a dental environment. Functional status of the sensors and x-ray units has not been verified. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
