This lot contains (5 EA) Hill Rom Resident LTC Electric Beds. The beds are manufactured in 2024 and are described as gently used electric resident beds. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. NEW POLICY: You MUST be a U.S. Citizen to bid on the following properties: electronics, laboratory equipment, and medical equipment. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The beds show signs of previous use with some visible wear on the frames. Various identification labels and markings are visible on the mattresses and bed frames. Some beds appear to have protective coverings or mattress protectors in place. The electric components and wiring appear to be present on the visible units. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
