The Duplo System 5000 is a fully automated booklet production line designed for mid-to-high volume print shops. This configuration includes: • 2 × DC-10/60 collating towers (10 bins each = 20 bins total) • DBM-500 stitch & fold unit • DBM-500T fore-edge trimmer • Stacker/conveyor delivery (DBM-LS or System 5000 stacker) The system collates → stitches → folds → trims → stacks finished booklets in one pass.
