Condition: SEE DESCRIPTION This bid is for 1 Lot - Generator, Generac in unknown condition. Ask for Lot #2005 PLEASE REFER TO PICTURES. Items have NOT been authenticated or tested. This lot is AS IS/WHERE IS. Physical Inspection Strongly Encouraged. NO REFUNDS. Pickup/Viewings: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM excluding state holidays. Vehicle Previews - 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM When viewing please have LOT or Auction number ready. NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED PLEASE READ FOLLOWING BEFORE PLACING BID: ALL SALES ARE SUBJECT TO ARIZONA SALES TAX. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases, regardless of the buyer s location. Tax is assessed based on where the sale takes place, not the residence of the buyer. *Wholesalers may claim tax exemption by submitting (1) Arizona Form 5000A AND a copy of valid (2) Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) license or a sales tax license from another state to the Public Surplus Tax Exemption Portal. Tax Exemption will not be approved unless BOTH FORMS are submitted and valid. *If you are the winning bidder for this lot, you will receive a winning notice by email. This notice will include the total amount due (including tax) and a link to the payment portal (payment portal only accepts credit/debit cards with U.S. address). Please ensure that your email and account information are up to date. Payment must be made within 5 business days, and once payment is received, you will have 5 business days from the payment date to pick up your items. Winning bidder must pick up this lot. If someone other than the winning bidder is picking up this lot, please complete the ADOA Auction Release Form, and email it to our office at SPMO@AZDOA.GOV prior to pick up. Shipping is not provided for this lot. You may arrange shipping through a third party at your own expense and responsibility. If you choose to do so, you must complete the attached ADOA Auction Release Form and email it to spmo@azdoa.gov prior to pick-up. Please note, we do not prepare or stretch wrap items for shipment. Your third-party shipper will need to handle all packing. Items will be released as-is, in the condition shown in the listing photos. We DO NOT accept pre-paid shipping labels.
