Premier MFR Date 04/2020 7 Pallets 32 oz (946 ml) bottle per box All Hand Sanitizers listed in this auction are expired. Please carefully read all the information below prior to bidding on these items. The buyer shall manage the hand sanitizer in accordance with applicable federal, state and local requirements. The hand sanitizer must be: 1. Used for its intended purpose as an antiseptic; or 2. Legitimately recycled per 40 CFR 260.43 in one of the following ways: a. Reclaimed at a facility with a permit from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) to produce ethanol, and the reclaimed ethanol is legitimately used in a product (including in a fuel or as a fuel additive); or b. Reclaimed at a facility that does not have a permit from the TTB, and the alcohol must be used in a product that is not burned for energy recovery and that is not used in a manner constituting disposal. The bidder is encouraged to inspect and determine the condition of property prior to bidding. Inspections and pick up are by appointment only; please allow 48 hours in advance unless other arrangements are made with site.
