• IMPORTANT: There are seven (7) Catalyst 35 E2 and three (3) ZX5 Proterra Electric Buses in this lot of ten (10) total buses. Details about each are noted in the uploaded spreadsheet. • Inspection Opportunity: Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the vehicles prior to submitting a bid. Inspections are available by appointment only. Additional photographs may be provided upon request. • Lot Details: This auction consists of a total of ten (10) electric buses being sold as a single lot. Bidders are submitting offers for all ten (10) buses. • Vehicle Condition: These buses are being sold as non-performing vehicles in “as-is, where-is” condition, with no warranties expressed or implied. • Removing Assets: The Buyer is solely responsible for removing, loading, transporting, and taking possession of all ten (10) buses. The Seller will not provide transportation services and will not store or hold vehicles after the auction closing date. • Restricted Use Notice: By purchasing these assets, the Buyer agrees that the vehicles will not be used for public passenger transportation. • Recall Notice: These vehicles are subject to NHTSA Recall 24V-655. Buyers should review the recall notice and determine any corrective actions required. • Batteries: These buses contain high-voltage lithium-ion battery systems. The batteries will remain installed and will not be removed by the Seller. • Federal Government Notes: The vehicles are being sold pursuant to an approved exemption waiver dated January 28, 2026 (attached) There is no remaining obligation to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). The remaining federal interest in the vehicles is $0.
