All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS”. The buyer is responsible for all aspects of loading and removal from property. NO HELP WILL BE PROVIDED. PICK UP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The buyer must make a pick up appointment 24hrs in advance. ***Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure. ***Removal is by appointment only.
