Condition: As-is
You will be bidding on a Lot of HVAC Filters (4 Pallets). These filters are new and are leftover inventory we had after we replaced the HVAC units and we had no use for. They are a couple of years old but are brand new in the box and have been sitting on a shelf in the warehouse. The filter sizes are included in the photos as well as how many boxes of each. These items are located at the Lee Main Campus in Sanford, North Carolina. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection times are Mon-Fri from 9:00am til 3:00pm. Please contact Jimmie Boggs at 919-718-7441 to schedule an inspection time. Notice to Bidder: Central Carolina Community College sells used property for its campuses and satellite campuses across Lee, Chatham and Harnett counties located in North Carolina. We normally get little to no information on most items we sell and it is the bidders responsibility to inspect and determine the overall condition of the items they wish to purchase.
