The buyer is responsible for all aspects of loading and removal from property. NO HELP WILL BE PROVIDED. PICK UP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The buyer must make a pick up appointment 24hrs in advance. ***Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure. ***Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure. If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to the sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.
