It may have unknown issues and may have signs of normal wear and tear, but appears to be in good condition. Scheduling Appointment for Pick-up: -After winning auction, complete payment, then call 602-236-2017 to schedule an appointment for pick-up. -Pick-up appointments are available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30am to 10:30am and 12:00pm to 2:00pm. -Appointments must be scheduled at least one (1) business day in advance. -Attempted pick-ups without an appointment will be turned away, no exceptions. Pick-up procedure: -Our address is 7005 S Kyrene Rd in Tempe, AZ 85283. -Drive down Western Canal Path/Divot Dr and check in at the security station. -After checking in, turn right (south) and back up to the first warehouse on your right-hand (west) side. The warehouse has two large double doors. -Please have your photo ID and receipt ready for review if requested. -Buyer will be responsible for loading and securing items with basic forklift loading available for large items. -Please bring an appropriate vehicle to pick-up the purchased item. Unsafe loading situations will be turned away.
