(1) Nor-Lake walk-in cooler. This unit was previously used in a pizza shop. Manufacturer: Nor-Lake Model/Job No.: KL7488-CR-M/212230 Serial No.: 16030627 Condition: Used condition. Cooler was operational the last time it was in service; however, current operating condition is unknown. Unit has not been tested by Oberlin College. Cosmetic wear consistent with commercial kitchen use. Important Removal Information: The walk-in cooler must be completely disassembled for removal. Buyer is responsible for all labor, tools, disassembly, loading, transportation, and reassembly. Buyer should inspect the site prior to bidding to understand the removal requirements.
