Overview This lot contains (50) laptop computers, including (30) Dell Latitude 5400 units and (20) HP ProBook laptops. The laptops are classified in used condition. All units were acquired between July 2020 and September 2023 and have been stored in secure IT storage. The laptops may show signs of normal wear consistent with age and government use, with cosmetic condition varying across units. Specifications Dell Latitude 5400: Quantity: 30 units HP ProBook (Models 630 and 650): Quantity: 20 units Hard Drive Status: Removed Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All laptops are expected to boot to BIOS or operating system but have not been fully tested. No power adapters or peripheral accessories are included. Some units may have missing hardware items such as cables or cords. Minor scratches, wear, or sticker residue may be present on units. Items are not in original packaging and may be bulk packed for transport. Hard drives have been removed from all units. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
