Used items as listed below. Fair condition. Items have scuffs and scratches. Picture frames of various sizes and types, quantity approximately 25. Items in photo are just a sample of what is being auctioned and are not the exact lot. Note: Only the items listed above are included. The furniture, artwork, and pictures are not included. Art and pictures will be removed prior to pickup. Just the empty frames are being auctioned. All property is offered for sale AS IS. Oldsmar, FL makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the assets are removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made in advance. Pick-up of items will not be allowed without an appointment. Appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No assistance will be provided in loading or transporting items. All items must be taken. An appointment is absolutely required to pick up the items.
