This lot consists of the items that are listed on the attached spreadsheet. This spreadsheet provides a detailed description of the property. The spreadsheet is located under the documents section that can be downloaded. Viewing is highly recommended. The condition is listed as usable. The condition and pictures are not warranted. It is highly recommended that you inspect the property before bidding. Repairs may be required. Deficiencies when known have been added to the item description. The absence of any deficiencies does not mean that none exists. Successful bidders should contact the custodian prior to removal for specific building and loading policies. Bidders must comply with all building rules and policies during the removal process. The successful bidders and/or their agents will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary to remove the property, including packing, loading, and transporting the property. The Federal, State and local governments are not a party to the agreement between the successful bidder and third-party shipping company and bears no responsibility to the successful bidder and/or shipping company as it relates to their agreement.
