Red 1995 Emergency 1 Inc. Red Custom/Reserve Fire Truck. This fire truck was previously used by the City of West Monroe. The fire truck starts and runs; it has a diesel engine which is in unknown condition. City officials report that the batteries on the fire engine are bad, it needs a new master switch, some lights need to be replaced, and there are some leaks in the engine area. The fire engine was maintained every 500 hours; however, maintenance records are unavailable. The fire truck was removed from service earlier this year. It has an automatic transmission which is in unknown condition. The fire truck is 2-wheel drive, also reported to be in unknown condition. There is a small crack on the fire truck's windshield. There are minor dents. scratches, and dings on the truck and the tire condition is reported to be poor with low tread. The bright red paint on the fire truck has faded as the exterior paint has oxidized. The city decals have been removed from the fire truck; however, impressions remain. The emergency equipment has been removed, leaving holes in the exterior. The interior of the fire truck is gray vinyl. All of the seats show wear and are torn in places. There is normal wear and tear to the dash and floor, but there are no large cuts or voids. The steering boot indicates damage. The fire truck has a stock AM/FM radio, and the air conditioner is reported to be in unknown condition. The fire truck has power steering.
