Welsbach / Newport luminaires street light fixtures - lot of 350

For sale lot of 350 welsbach / newport luminaires streetlight fixture post tops. These fixtures were found on over 1200 streetlights in the town of Breckenridge, CO. We are phasing these fixtures out so our community can achieve Dark Sky Certification. This phase out started spring of 2024 and will commence in late fall of 2026. See attached cut sheet for approximates on the dimensions of the fixtures. Our municipality had been buying these over the past approximately 4 decades so there is a lot of variation and infield repairs that have been made from fixture to fixture. Most of these fixtures have been retrofitted to have LED bulbs, with the old HPS ballast kit been removed. The bulbs have been installed over the past 15 years so within those, there is considerable variation and not a set of specs that is consistent from fixture to fixture. Most fixtures light spec is in the range of 30watt, 3000kelvin, and 4000 lumens. The bottom of each fixture has a 3.5" inner diameter. Some fixtures have working outlets wired into their frame. The frame of these fixtures is cast aluminum. Although working when we took these down, most likely some of these bulbs will get damaged in transport. Additionally, it is reasonable to expect minor to moderate aesthetic damage on each fixture, examples being broken glass chimney, scratches to the clear lens, etc. Before bidding Google map street view of Main St Breckenridge, CO, to see what these look like when installed on streetlight pole tops. Although this listing is for 5 fixtures, we will have approximately 100 of these in our shop by August 14th, and then an additional 250 at our shop by November 1st. We are motivated sellers who do not want to give these away as the scrape value of each fixtures aluminum and wire is approximately $75. If we find the right buyer we would be very motivated to sell the entirety of the lot at a discount. Local pickup is preferable but we are willing to entertain shipping if you have the ability to come to our yard and package. We have equipment to load trucks/trailers.
