We will not allow anyone other than the winning bidder to pick up the won auction without prior notice and documentation from winning bidder. All payments will be verified and cleared before the items can be released. We do not allow same day pick up as payment at the time of pick up. Upon receipt of payment, winning bidder will be notified by email. Contact Town Of Prescott Valley to schedule a pickup date and time Viewing and/or picking up items is allowed by appointment only. Winning bidder must provide Notice of Award, Paid Receipt, and photo identification. No property may be removed by the Buyer prior to making full payment. Buyer is responsible for loading items. Assistance will not be available. Prepare to have people or equipment with you to load items. If you would like someone else to pick up your auction item, the following is required before an appointment will be scheduled and before item will be released. Letter or email sent by winning bidder to the Town Of Prescott Valley naming an authorized representative to pick up the auction item. Email must be sent from the winning bidder's email address used for the auction. Winning bidder's photo identification. Photo identification of the authorized person.
