NOTE: City of Mobile will no longer answer questions about items on auction by phone. All questions shall be sent in writing to purchasing@cityofmobile.org and we will give an emailed response. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the dates and times indicated in the item description. Bidders should inspect the item prior to placing a bid as once the bid is placed, it cannot be cancelled or retracted. The City reserves the right to not allow the removal of an item if the City deems that the Buyer or Transporter has unsafe loading practice, insufficient resources to load or unsafe equipment that may cause an accident causing injury or damage to City property during loading and removal. The City of Mobile reserves the right to remove any item from Auction and return the item(s) to use by the City of Mobile
