📝Collection Foreign nationals and British nationals with dual nationality are not permitted on the Purchaser's Barrow site. All visitors must hold full SC (Security Clearance) before arrival. All decommissioning and loading must be completed by a UK registered company or service provider. Full RAMS and all required certifications must be submitted to BAE for approval. Note: The vendor must approve all closing bids before Apex issues the final invoice. The Supplier must comply with both the BAE Systems Site Safety Induction and the BAE Systems Submarines - Supplier, Sub-contractor & Visitor Local Induction Programme. The former will be carried out prior to arriving at the BAE Systems Barrow site, and the latter will be conducted by the responsible person, in the area where the work will be carried out. Specific attention is drawn to the requirement for security clearance of all external Labour Employees and Sub-contractor employees. Pre-arranged security clearance is required for all external visitors to the site including supplier employees. Method Statement - detailing how the work is to be carried out, location of the proposed work, planned times of the work and contact details of the Supplier r's site supervisor. Supplier and sub-contractor documentation must take account of any concurrent activities being undertaken by BAE Systems and other members of the project team. All sub-contractor documentation shall be reviewed and approved by the principal Supplier before submission to the Purchaser for review. All decommissioning and loading activities must be undertaken by a UK-registered company or service provider. Full RAMS documentation and all relevant certification must be submitted for BAE Systems approval prior to the commencement of work. Items are only available to collect once the transfered funds have cleared, and a collection appointment has been booked.
