Seller will be responsible for packaging and shipping at Buyer’s expense. Shipping is a flat fee of $23 which includes insurance. Once the auction has ended, we will add the shipping and handling fee. Once you receive the invoice with the shipping and handling fee added, please do the following: Complete your payment. Sign the Bill of Sale where it says Buyer Signature and print your name where it says Print Buyer. SHIPPING AUTHORIZATION: Write, “Yes, please ship” with your signature on the Bill of Sale (i.e., underneath the signatures or in an empty space on the document is acceptable). Upload the signed Bill of Sale. Shipping will be arranged when we received the payment and required document with signatures. Orders are typically shipped within 5 - 7 business days after the receipt of payment and signed copy of the Bill of Sale. You will receive a tracking number once the item has shipped. We recommend tracking your package for real-time delivery information. No P.O. Box, International Shipping or Pick-ups Allowed. Once the package has been turned over to shipping carrier, we are not liable for any damage or loss. Buyer will be responsible for handling any damage claims with the carrier/shipper. We will pack items, seal the box, and apply label to outside of the box. The buyer will not hold the seller liable for any damage incurred during shipping. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct with GovDeals. We will not be responsible if your item is shipped to the wrong address. We DO NOT combine shipping.
